To be nominated, you must gain 100 points from missions or awarded for good training posts. However, before you can actually become chuunin, you must be accepted by me, and approved by your sensei ninja.

The only way to be nominated other than by points, is if your Sensei and 2 other chuunin or higher ninja approve.
