When creating a character, you will, of course, need some jutsu. These are the costs for each jutsu. Academy Students can only have E and D rank jutsu.
E-Rank- 2 point for any class
D-Rank- 2 point for Genin and up, 3 points for an academy student
C-Rank- 2 point for Chuunin and up, 3 points for Genin
B-Rank- 2 point for Special Jounin and up, 3 points for a Chuunin, 4 points Genin
A-Rank- 2 point for Jounin and up, 3 points for a Spec. Jounin, 4 points for Chuunin, inaccessible to any lower class
S-Rank- 2 point for Kage, Sannin, 3 points for Jounin, 4 points for a Spec. Jounin, inaccessible to any lower class
Rank Point Gains (note, when creating a character, the character creation page has the required info):
Academy Students- 2 jutsu points
Genin- 5 jutsu points
Chuunin- 10 jutsu points
Special Jounin- 10 jutsu points
Jounin- 20 jutsu points
Kage- 50 jutsu points
Sannin- 25 jutsu points
The only way to gain jutsu points outside of leveling up, is to complete 5 missions, or be awarded points by a Mod. For every 5 missions, you gain 1 jutsu point. Mods can award anywhere from 1-10 points, depending on why they are awarding them.
Since there are no true Taijutsu, you can either use a style already in use in Naruto, or make up your own, but all must be approved by me before your char can have them. I will tell you the rank for the style.
