OK, since there are very few actual Genjutsu, the way this works is this.

Genjutsu Offense - This goes by ranks, E to S. It costs double normal jutsu cost for its rank, but it's possibilities are endless. You start with one effect, increasing by one for each subsequent level.

Genjutsu Defense - same as with offense, just with standard jutsu costs. This works, by if the offensive rank of the jutsu is the same as your defensive, then it is resolved as normal. If your defense is lower, the attacker gets a 5 point bonus for every level higher. The same goes for the other way, defense is higher, defender has advantage.

List these by just putting Genjutsu (Offense or Defense) Rank (E-S) in your Jutsu list.
