This is what is required. The format i'm giving you is what is preferred, but as long as I can clearly see all of the information it is ok.

As of creation, no character will have a clan, bloodline, shikai, bankai, or any other advanced capability. All characters start at academy student, unless you had a character die at that level, or you have dispensation from me. Do not bug me with requests, I grant them if I want to, not if you want them. When creating a ninja, at genin level, you may have the 3 basic jutsu's (transform, replace, clone) and up to 5 points of E-C rank jutsu.
